From deadstock and sourced in the USA, this is a wonderful pocketing fabric with a woven-in twill stripe running vertically. It is a synthetic blend with a satin finish. Easy care and somewhat wrinkle resistant. This fabric is opaque, and medium-light weight with a crisp, cotton-like drape and it looks the same on both sides. The color is a classic black. Intended for sewing pockets, but also great for vest backs, linings for garments and bags, etc. Hand or machine wash, hang to dry (please test first), or dry clean.
